Players who participate in the Black Ops 6 beta can receive up to nine cosmetic rewards by leveling up during each beta weekend. The rewards include an emblem, skins, a loading screen, and more. Fans have been taking to Reddit to report that they can’t access the Black Ops 6 beta if the game is being shared with them on Xbox through another person. Xbox game sharing has been a thing for quite some time, and many people take advantage of it with a Game Pass subscription. It’s not known at the time of writing if this was intended or not, and Xbox has yet to make a statement about it.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has a lot of new features fans can try out in the beta. Players who grab an enemy as a human shield can use voice chat directly with the victim in Black Ops 6. Treyarch Studios, the company behind the development of the new Call of Duty title, asked players to “be nice” when using this feature. Some fans have claimed that this feature will be a gold mine for content.
Omnimovement, a new omnidirectional movement system, is another new feature coming to Black Ops 6. Omnimovement was featured in a Black Ops 6 trailer on August 26, showing off the new system in the multiplayer reveal. The trailer featured this movement option in full detail, with characters jumping and diving all around. This new system allows players to walk, sprint, slide, and dive in any direction, bringing a new dimension of movement to the first-person shooter. Players can use the new Omnimovement system in multiplayer, the campaign, Warzone, and Zombies as well, and it cannot be turned off. Not all Call of Duty fans are excited about this new movement, as they aren’t looking forward to learning the all-new system.
